Door glass replacement
Front and rear door glass is tempered — it shatters into small pebbles rather than staying laminated in the frame. Whether it was a break-in or an accident, we take care to vacuum every fragment from inside the door skin, replace the regulator clips if damaged, and re-align the run channels so the window seals cleanly against the body.
Quarter & vent glass
Quarter glass — the small fixed pane behind the rear door or ahead of the front — is bonded, not clipped. Replacement is closer to a windscreen job than a door glass job: clean flange, correct urethane, correct cure.
Rear windscreen (standard & heated)
Rear screens on most modern cars have a heating element and often an antenna printed into the glass. When we replace the panel, we test every heater grid line and reconnect the antenna feed so your defrost and radio work exactly as they did before.
- Standard rear screens for hatches, sedans, wagons.
- Heated rear screens re-terminated and tested.
- Antenna and demister connections re-soldered where required.
The little things that matter
Side and rear glass jobs live and die on the small stuff — the right seals, the right clips, the right primer for the flange. We keep genuine and equivalent parts on the van for the most common vehicles, and quote separately when a specialty seal is needed.
